Happy New Year!  The Type is hard at work getting out to see you more.  We are branching out to new areas with a few shows outside of Madison in the next couple months, including Rockford, Milwaukee, and Sheboygan.  Check out the Shows page for more info.

We are also hard at work writing some new songs for our next release.  They are already making their way on to set lists, so come out and see us for a taste of what's to come.

And, in non-music news, our drummer Tim and his wife Anjee will be welcoming a new addition to their family this May.  This will result in all three members of the type having children.  These children will someday form The Type 2.0. Be on the lookout for their music in 16-20 years.
